Johnsburg board appoints five trustees to library board

Chair read the resolution that cited the library bylaws allowing up to 11 trustees and said the town received six qualified candidates. The board appointed the following candidates by voice vote: Emily Stanton, Michael O’Meally, Carrie (surname as recorded in minutes), Ken Ween and Michelle San Antonio.
A committee member (speaker 3) noted the appointments were retroactive in order to satisfy requirements from the State Controller’s Office that active hires be listed with names. The resolution passed after a motion and second and the board recorded “Aye.”
