"So the board has a resolution in front of you with the 1 blank in there that will now read 12:30AM?" the Supervisor asked; board members agreed and a motion to accept the resolution was made and carried by voice vote. Supporters framed the resolution as a narrow accommodation for a veteran-support event and stressed it would not change broader curfew policy without further board action.
Members discussed cleanup and staffing after the event and asked that the business show a good-faith effort to comply with the resolution's intent. The motion passed by voice vote and was recorded in the meeting transcript as carried.
