Jackie Cuivosto, Pine County human resources director, presented the county's pay-equity report required by state law, explaining the county used the state's software and four statutory tests — completeness/accuracy, statistical analysis, alternative analysis, and salary-range comparison. Cuivosto said the county passed all four tests and, with board approval, she will submit the report to the state for final review and issuance of a compliance certificate to be posted.
Commissioners asked procedural questions about frequency (the requirement is every three years) and acknowledged the work involved. The board moved and approved the submission by roll call.
