The Weber County commissioners approved consent items that included 12 purchase orders totaling $73,057.36 and warrants amounting to $1,050,014.98.
Ricky Hatch, who summarized the warrants and purchase orders, said: "For purchase orders, we issued 12 POs for $73,000... 29% or $22,000 is for the roads department, to purchase snow plow blades." He also noted the warrants included $303,000 for road improvements on Skyline Drive and that the top payees this week were Pleasant View City Corporation ($314,000) and Ogden City Corporation ($89,000).
The consent package included a range of contracts and event agreements for the Golden Spike Event Center and other county services. Commissioners moved to approve consent items F1–F13 and the motion carried by voice vote.
