Gentile moved to award the charges to the State of Connecticut and the motion carried unanimously.
Volpe said the charges fall under the City’s existing Network Access Service Agreement with the Connecticut Education Network (Nutmeg Network) and that committed bandwidth adjustments can change costs when endpoints or usage increase.
