Llarance Turner of Kaluza presented an updated final plat for Needville Dental, a 17.098-acre parcel located on Old Needville–Fairchild Road west of Padon Road within the City of Needville’s extraterritorial jurisdiction. Turner said Fort Bend County required widening the drainage ditch and that the plat could still be annexed into the city limits in the future.
Councilperson Phillip Wigginton moved to approve the final plat; Councilperson Dusty Kalkomey seconded the motion and the council voted unanimously to approve the plat, which creates a single lot generally 693 feet by 1,129 feet. The minutes record the matter passing with "all voting aye."
