Council approves AGCM project‑management agreement for new fire station

A council member moved to approve the service agreement with AGCM Inc. for project management services for the new fire station; the motion was seconded and the council approved the agreement by voice vote. Staff said further design-phase cost estimates will follow and that the item will be included in a reimbursement resolution if the city proceeds with debt issuance.
