The Board of Awards unanimously approved awarding the City’s tax bill processing, print and mail services to eQuality Valuation Services/QDS at an estimated annual cost of $120,000, Purchasing Agent Charles J. Volpe reported.
Volpe said Tax Collector S. Dvaz submitted two requisitions and a sole‑source justification explaining that the Tax Collector’s office currently uses eQuality/QDS software and that the requested services extend that platform; Mr. Dvaz moved to award the services as a sole source and Mr. D. Garrick seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
