Trustee Deanna Rodgers told the committee that neighborhood-watch meetings will move from the third Wednesday to the fourth Tuesday of each month. She also noted two community events for the year: a movie night at the fire station on Oct. 11 and pictures with Santa and the Grinch in December. Rodgers added that a “Toddler Time” will be held at the fire station on March 4.
Trustees discussed other internal items: Dan Wolf said the Victory Park signs are being prepared for a minimal fee; Eileen Owens is reviewing ordinances and proposed a yearly cost-of-living increase for board members and the village president; and Ron Colvin will present on updating village computers and software at the next meeting.
