The Village of New Milford board approved annexation of four Rockford properties during its Feb. 11, 2025 meeting. Wendy Roop moved to approve the annexations and Dan Wolf seconded; the motion carried with all present voting in favor.
The annexed parcels were listed in the minutes with parcel numbers and addresses: 1911 Baxter Road (15-26-400-003), 17XX Beltline Road (15-35-200-001), 16XX Baxter Road (15-26-400-001) and 3528 Rotary Road (16-30-200-002). The minutes note that the Zoning Board of Appeals had approved the annexations unanimously on Jan. 23, 2025.
