Wendy Roop moved to proceed with Stevens' recommendation and Deanna Rodgers seconded; all present voted in favor. Engineer Adam Bunge said he will contact FastSigns and report back at the committee meeting.
Board members discussed alternatives, including a full buyout of the remaining signs at $7,900 and contracting the installation to a different party. The motion adopted directs staff to pursue the $5,900 settlement and return with details on vendor response and any installation timeline.
