Dr. Kieschnick told trustees that Jeff Choice is nearing readiness to release bids. Mr. Mosley moved approval and Ms. DeCuir seconded; the motion carried 7-0. During discussion Mr. Mosley asked who would be responsible if an item such as an air duct was omitted from plans; Dr. Kieschnick stated that responsibility would fall to the architect.
