Nederland ISD board adopts 2025/26'2029/2030 goals

The Nederland Independent School District Board of Trustees on Sept. 8 unanimously adopted the district's proposed goals covering the 2025/26 through 2029/2030 school years. Mr. Mosley moved to approve the goals and Ms. Isom seconded; the motion passed 7-0.
Superintendent Dr. Stuart Kieschnick presented the goals and Assistant Superintendent Dr. Steven Beagle told trustees that attainment measures for each goal will be presented at the board's next meeting. Mr. Mosley said he was struck by how "much the baseline has changed," and President Nicholas Phillips requested the goals be labeled "2025/2026 ' 2029/2030."
