Thill reported that a multi‑trunk Siberian elm near Stop 42 is failing; the tree was inspected and treated for vines, but estimates are being collected to remove the tree due to structural concerns. She also said AEP has completed about half of a first‑draft design proposing utility‑line burial in two sections of the village; the Tree Board anticipates a plan and proposal from AEP in a future update.
