Weber County presents Crystal Bowl awards to employee, veteran, community leader and local business

The Weber County Board of Commissioners recognized four honorees during County Government Week on April 28 with the commission's Crystal Bowl awards: employee Brooke Stewart, veteran-services leader Jonathan Graff, community arts director Pat Posey, and local business founders Jeff and Beth Ferton of DailyRise Coffee.
Commissioner Bolos introduced Brooke Stewart, noting 26 years of county service across departments including management of local transportation funds. Stewart said she was "truly grateful" for the recognition and for opportunities to work across departments. Commissioner Bolos also praised Jonathan Graff for his work moving veterans into permanent housing; Graff told the commission his fellowship covers the state except Salt Lake County and emphasized tailoring services to ensure veterans remain housed for at least two years. Pat Posey and the DailyRise founders accepted their awards and thanked commissioners for support of the arts and small business in Ogden and Weber County.
