Greene called the meeting to order at 11:20 AM for the purpose of canvassing absentee returns; in attendance were Vice Chair Gerald Barnes, Secretary Sammie Cotman, Registrar Lisa Cosby and Voting Registration Specialist Deirdre Jackson-Blair. The Absentee CAP Team also participated.
The minutes record that the board organized canvass work by precinct and that each assigned team reviewed the Canvass checklist for accuracy. With no further business recorded, Chairperson Greene adjourned the canvass at 12:21 PM; signature lines for Greene, Barnes and Cotman appear on the minutes.
