Tree Board reports $7,000 received of $11,500 grant; Garden Tour set for June 21

Nancy Thill (reporting on the Tree Board) told the council the village has received $7,000 of an $11,500 committed tree grant and has until the end of August to complete required work. She reported coordination with Grand Beach Tree Board Chair David Manecke on a reciprocal UFMP program and said AEP line-trimming is finished in the village.
Thill also announced the Beach Garden Club’s Garden Tour scheduled Saturday, June 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and asked that event details and ticket information be added to the Village website; she noted two homes on the tour are in the Village. The council recorded the report and asked staff to post tour information.
