Julie Bonello, who presented the workplan, said the update would proceed in six phases — project organization, community inventory and analysis, community engagement and planning, goals and future land use, implementation strategies, and draft plan review and approval — and that she projects the process will take about 15 months. The Planning Commission will incorporate questions about a modernized police station into the upcoming resident survey to gather community input.
