The Douglas County Board approved payments to vendors totaling $830,152.49, covering 167 entries in the claims list. Notable entries included Minnesota Management & Budget ($89,325.00), Alexandria Light & Power ($26,003.29) and Alomere Health ($14,823.29). The motion to pay bills was made by Commissioner Charlie Meyer and seconded by Commissioner Tim Kalina and passed unanimously.
Separately, the board authorized entering into an agreement with TriMin Systems to manage LandShark credit-card integration and terminate the county’s agreement with Authorize.net. The board also accepted completion of a pavement-marking project by Sir Lines‑A‑Lot, authorizing final payment of $200,783.45. The Final Plat for Rusty Moose Resort ({42-0858-000}) was approved. The board also adopted two resolutions approving LG220 raffle applications: Lake Oscar Association (Jan. 10, 2026) and Minnesota Trapshooting Association (July 5, 2026).
