Douglas County approves four quitclaim deeds transferring small county parcels

Specifically, the board authorized transfers to Jon T. and Heather M. Lee (document A463252), to Delia M. Wigdahl (A463251), to Rita May Rosser (A463253), and to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Douglas County (A463250). Each resolution noted that a copy of the exhibits is available for public inspection in the County Coordinator Office. Motions to adopt each resolution carried by unanimous vote.
