Council approves compact-parking definition and one-way conversion for 29th Court South

Separately, the council approved converting 29th Court South (the roadway adjacent to the Bell Center) to one-way traffic after staff said neighbors were consulted and supported the change. Both measures passed by unanimous 5–0 votes and will be codified as ordinance 29-86/29-87 as recorded during the meeting.
