County staff clarified the vendor for this agreement provides internal officer telephony and is separate from the inmate-call vendor; "that's a separate issue," a staff member said, describing the inmate-phone revenues and inmate-vendor arrangements as distinct from the Sheriff's Office internal telephone contract.
