Cody Sage of contractor E4 told the board the Administration Renovation is complete aside from a few minor corrections; the administration offices are scheduled to move in next week. Sage said Phase II will include electrical work followed by demolition of the Admin building and the Annex hall in the office portion; bids for Phases II–IV are expected to go out around Sept. 2, with work on the all‑purpose gym slated to begin in October.
The board also approved items tied to the 2024 construction bond on the consent agenda. The update provides a schedule framework for the district’s capital work as it moves from renovation to demolition and new construction phases.
