The New Braunfels Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda during its Sept. 9 regular meeting, taking a 6–0 vote to adopt items including minutes from Aug. 12 and Aug. 21, TASB Policy Update 123, class size waivers, and construction documents for NBHS Phase 2A and design development for Phases 2B–D.
The consent package also included renewal of legal retainer memberships, approval of Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support (T-TESS) appraisers, and contracts with Trinity Educational Services. Steve Minus moved the motion and Kim Goodwin seconded; the clerk recorded the vote as 6–0 (Bergquist, York, Renaud, Stratemann-Willis, Goodwin, Minus).
