Sanders said the charter served 95 students in the year (97 over the year as students moved in/out) and had about 34–35 students on the waiting list. He reported assessment outcomes: "62% of our students were proficient on math and science" and "57% of our students were proficient on the reading exam," which fell short of the charter's 80% proficiency goal. Sanders described trimester curricula (material science, animal biomes, waves), student showcases, Science Olympiad regional/state success and community partnerships for industry tours.
Board members praised the program and asked follow‑up questions about delivery, staffing and outreach; Sanders noted the program's strengths and areas for growth including professional development and family engagement.
