City to host "Mapping the Future" community planning program in spring

Council discussed participant selection, scheduling (aiming for early March for the five-week series), meeting length (three hours per night), and efforts to ensure broad community participation across ages, businesses and resident groups. Council members and staff agreed to recruit a cross-section of community members and allow the steering group to develop meeting details.
