Pasadena ISD approves design services and multiple bond change orders and AEAs for 2017 and 2022 projects

Notable approvals include AEA No. 19 for the 2022 Bond Safety & Security Project for $101,539.06; Final Change Order No. 001 (HVAC Replacement Group 1, Package 1) credit of $144,101.97; Final Change Order No. 001 (HVAC Replacement Group 1, Package 2) credit of $235,774.97; AEA No. 06 for Package 3 in the amount of $111,257.69; and Change Order No. 001 for the 2017 Bond Transportation Center Replacement Project in the amount of $750,000. All motions passed unanimously.
The approvals adjust contract values and allow project teams to proceed with construction and procurement steps under the district’s bond program.
