He noted specific line items: Maintenance Services (Park 1 350 Main) showing $(2,300.00) tied to tree removals, Repairs showing $(398.10) for an electric-box repair, and Miscellaneous Expense remainder $(506.95). Whitcomb also recommended reallocating $200 from Certified Postage (5511) to Postage (551), making Postage $1,000 and 5511 $200.
Trustee Diane Brown moved to accept Whitcomb's recommendations, Trustee Cheryl Stevens seconded, and the board approved the adjustments. The approved changes will be reflected in the village’s budget and appropriation documents for the fiscal year.
