Residents report sewer-plant odor; council asks for data and staff review

Operations Manager Brian Sebesta reported on operations in the department section and said staff will research operational options, including a consideration of "quality vs cost savings." Councilperson Dusty Kalkomey suggested wind direction could be affecting odor in that neighborhood.
