The board reviewed and approved an updated memorandum of understanding for Holden Hall/Bridal that the town’s counsel previously reviewed; the document is substantially unchanged from the version approved in November. Board members asked for clarity on an engineering fee of about $4,000, and the chair said that bill will be handled through escrow and that stakeholders (referred to as Order) are expected to reimburse the town for that disputed engineering cost.
Jean explained the 30-day waiver tied to liquor licensing became void after a parcel-number/address correction by the state liquor authority; a new waiver under the corrected address is required. The DEC plan was attached to the MOU as part of conditions the town will monitor. The board voted to approve the MOU with the $4,000 bill separated for reimbursement discussion.
