Commission approves routine staff report and minutes; notes recent BCC zoning actions

During the staff update, a land‑use staff member summarized recent Board of County Commissioners actions from July 21, reporting that two zone map amendments for "Shushi Jam Wyoming" were approved to add an MD‑2 overlay to parcels that were zoned agricultural and MD‑1. "So at the, July 21 Board of county commissioners meeting, 2 zone map amendments, for Shushi Jam Wyoming were approved. They were to add an MD 2 overlay to, properties that were zoned for agricultural use and for MD 1," staff told the commission.
The commission recorded motions and seconds to accept the staff report and to approve the minutes, with the chair declaring the motions carried. No substantive debate or public comment occurred on those items.
