Oakwood Hills trustees report snowplowing OK; StratusCom IT transition set for Jan. 13

Trustee Wise reported that snowplowing has been going well and that the village had received no complaints. Trustee Ruhnke said the Local Plan/Finance/Buildings (LPFB) committee will meet Jan. 15 at 7:00 p.m. and thanked Clerk Cheryl R. LoSasso for organizing committee meetings. Trustee Bone said he is working on updating village ordinances.
Trustee Wallace said StratusCom will begin working on the village’s IT on Monday, Jan. 13, and that the village is getting quotes to upgrade its website. He also noted that building-code noncompliance had been under review. Attorney Lisa Waggoner reported that the Greenview property deed is at the recorder’s office and summarized building code concerns being reviewed. Chief Rains said reports had been submitted; Treasurer Kelly Zabinski had no report.
