During discussion, Trustee Wallace asked that multiple invoices from Efrain Landscaping be removed from the warrant because they had not gone through committee review. Trustee Ruhnke responded that the invoices paid for work that addressed safety concerns and required immediate attention; after that explanation Trustee Wallace retracted his initial request but recorded a dissenting vote. The warrant package also included the first payment to the village's new IT servicer and charges for snowplowing services.
