Staff described the projector and band shell placement: “It is stored over at the 105 Building... At the Southwest corner of the park, that, little... The band shell.” Board members discussed likely attendance (staff estimated capacity around 500 but said 200–300 would be comfortable) and the presence of food trucks. The series complements splash-park operations and other summer events at the amphitheater.
