Oakwood Hills board approves warrants and financial statements, authorizes beach signs purchase

The Village of Oakwood Hills board unanimously approved routine financial items at its Feb. 13 regular meeting. Trustees voted to approve the warrant dated Feb. 13, 2025, totaling $32,237.57 and to accept the village financial statements for the period ending Jan. 31, 2025; both measures passed with trustees Wallace, Rourke, Wise and Bone voting yes and Trustee Ruhnke absent.
Later in the meeting the board approved a motion to purchase four new beach rules signs not to exceed $2,300. Trustee Bone moved the sign purchase and Trustee Wallace seconded. The board carried all motions by the same voting alignment; there were no recorded objections during the formal votes.
