Commissioners question $1,790.75 background-check invoice, direct staff to change process

Commissioner Brown said he would contact CLS Background to inquire about the charge and the commission voted to adjust the background-check process. The motion passed unanimously (Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli).
