Nutter Fort council approves minutes and bills, cancels Nov. 26 and Dec. 24 meetings

The Nutter Fort Town Council met on Nov. 12, 2024, and approved minutes for the Oct. 22 and Oct. 29 meetings and the presented accounts payable by unanimous vote. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept the minutes, Councilor Karen Phillips seconded, and the motion passed unanimously; accounts payable were approved after a separate motion by Louk and a second by Phillips.
Councilors also discussed scheduling for the remainder of November and December and voted to cancel the Nov. 26 and Dec. 24 meetings because those dates coincide with Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday weeks. The cancellation motion was moved by Councilor Charlene Louk, seconded by Councilor Rick Lafferty, and approved unanimously. No further action was scheduled to replace those meetings.
