Engineer Ryan Holcomb briefed the council on multiple sewer and related infrastructure items. He said the Phase IV sewer project held its first construction progress meeting and that the team is working to add three customers near Sandy'9s Hardware to the contract; those additions require environmental clearance and DEP approval. Holcomb said Phase V is on hold pending other actions and that the NEPA environmental assessment for Phase II AMD has been drafted and is in process for submission. He also reported closeout activities for AML-Phase I AMD with an upcoming Change Order #3 to add paving and screening and noted one or two pay applications forthcoming.
The treasurer separately reported that Requisition #3 on Phase IV of the sewer project had been approved for $312,365.33 and that the sanitary board approved acquisition of a lift station and three customers from the City of Stonewood. Council did not take further formal action on engineering items during the meeting.
