Council approves Halloween/Fall Festival partnership for Oct. 26 street fair

Under the agreement discussed at the Aug. 27 meeting, the town will supply electricity for inflatables and use some materials purchased for the town'9s 100th celebration; vendors will provide their own supplies. Council did not identify any new town-funded services beyond electricity, and no permit or vendor fee schedule was discussed at the meeting.
