Franklin approves $1.064 million contract to connect East Millstone water system to main loop

The resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by roll call. Staff reported that funding and contract details were vetted and that project-specific funding will be confirmed in coordination with the township's financial consultant and bond counsel before work proceeds.
