Phase IV sewer work nears completion; Route 20 corridor bids to open Oct. 9
Summary
The town's engineer reported Phase IV sewer line work is complete with about 45 days of follow-up concrete and sidewalk work remaining; Phase V is on hold. Route 20 corridor pre-bid was held Sept. 18 and bids open Oct. 9, 2024 at 12 p.m. at the Thrasher office; AML and NEPA items are also advancing.
The engineer reported that Phase IV sewer line work is complete and that the contractor has approximately 45 days remaining to finish concrete and sidewalk work; the engineer also said Sandy's Hardware force main will be added into the contract. Phase V sewer work remains on hold.
On the Route 20 corridor, the pre-bid meeting was held Sept. 18 and the bid opening is scheduled for Oct. 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Thrasher office. AML Phase I closeout and a forthcoming Change Order 3 were reported, while Phase II AMD has a drafted NEPA environmental assessment in process.
