Resident requests licensed plumber to replace water meter; trustees approve village payment

The Moraleses asked the village to contract a licensed plumber to replace the meter and asked that the village pay for the work.
Trustee Cheryl Stevens moved to have a licensed plumber install the Moraleses' meter with the village covering the costs; Trustee Tim Stage seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The board did not specify a vendor or timeline for the work during the meeting.
