Public works lead Billy told the council that Bridall Jones began underground electrical work to bring power from a pole to the pavilion, leaving restrooms locked because the facilities lack lighting. "The restrooms will be unlocked when the electricity is moved back up to the building," he said.
Council members said a contractor named Ryan installed cameras and a booster box for park Wi‑Fi, but the town cannot put the cameras into full service while the park building lacks electricity. Staff were asked to follow up with Brian Jones and to provide an update at the next meeting about when power and restroom access will be restored.
