Trustees approve several compensation resolutions for village officers

Trustees considered and approved a package of compensation resolutions covering the treasurer, clerk and deputy clerk. "Any discussion on Brenda's compensation? It is money, so we are in a new roll call," the chair asked before members voted; the record shows votes in favor during roll calls for each resolution.

The board did not make substantive amendments to the proposed compensation amounts on the floor; roll calls were taken and each resolution passed. Staff will update payroll and accounting records to reflect the board-approved changes.
