• Consent agenda (April minutes, Board of Review minutes, April disbursements) • Conditional Use Permit CUP-25-001 for White Pine Transmission (parcel R43.0355.002) • Interim Use Permit IUP-25-001 for Steven Nowling (parcel R43.5196.000) • Acceptance of Oliver Rauschnot’s Planning Commission resignation and appointment of Nancy Runyan • Accept Central MN cost to chloride Nature North and Rolling Meadows Circle (18-inch spread) • Award tree removal bid to Haaven Stump Removal — $5,300.00 • Approve replacing the dry hydrant — estimated cost up to $4,000.00 • Approve Resolution of Intent for Fire Substation • Sponsor Pine City Summer Rec season — $500 donation • Request more detailed gambling reports from the Grandy Lions • Trial change to office hours beginning May 7, 2025
