Election inspectors and District Clerk Mindy M. Potts completed pre-vote checks, administered oaths to inspectors and confirmed voting-machine zero counts before opening polls at 8:00 a.m. The polls closed at 9:00 p.m.; those in line at closing were allowed to vote. Inspectors reported 777 machine votes recorded, 56 absentee ballots counted by machine and 11 absentee ballots requiring hand counting, for a total of 844 votes cast in the May 20, 2025 election.
Following canvass and tabulation, the board (seven members present) adopted a motion by Kelly Firmbach, seconded by Anne Schaefer, to accept the results as presented; the motion carried 7–0. The meeting was adjourned at 9:37 p.m. The minutes list the inspectors by name and note that ballots and machine counts were inspected and accounted for.
