Board approves broad consent agenda covering resignations, hires, contracts and transfers

The consent materials list a Health Services Contract with South Colonie for $949.56 and another with Averill Park for $1,190.94, approval to execute agreements with Questar III for IT equipment, and authorization for MOAs including with the Nurses’ Association; the consent agenda motion carried 6-0.
The consent agenda also recorded specific budget transfers (e.g., $5,500 between fuel and maintenance codes; $5,600 between non-capital and workers' comp) and field trips such as Varsity Baseball to Cooperstown (April 29, 2025) and Envirothon (May 1). Several employment appointments included an interim Primary School Principal (Debra Berndt) on a per-diem basis through June 30, 2025.
