Board accepts MMB & Co. audit reports and approves corrective action plans

The Lansingburgh Central School District Board accepted the 2023–2024 Internal Auditor’s Risk Assessment Report and the Special Area Testing Report conducted by MMB & Co., and approved Corrective Action Plans in response to both reports.
Audit Committee member Jason Shover reported earlier that the committee met that evening with Heather Lewis of MMB & Co. to review those reports and suggested that facilities be a focus area for auditing at the end of the school year. Both acceptance motions and the CAP approvals were recorded as carried unanimously (Ayes–8, Nays–0).
