For example, contract E577776 (Summer Home-to-School SpEd) shows original and amended amounts of $170,856 to $246,071 for the 07/01/2023–08/31/2023 period and projects increases in later contract years; contract E577778 (Home to School) reflected a reduction from $3,098,779 (09/01/2023–06/30/2024) to $2,686,624 and then multi-year amended amounts through 2026–27. The amendments were moved and seconded and carried unanimously (Ayes 8, Nays 0).
Mr. Shover presented the contract-amendment package and the board authorized the Superintendent and Board President to execute the amended agreements. The minutes list contract IDs, original and amended amounts, and covered service types (Summer, Home to School, SpEd, Field and Sports Trips).
