The resolution is recorded in the minutes as: "RESOLVED, That the Board of Education of the Stockbridge Valley Central School District hereby declares the results of the May 19, 2026 budget vote to be as follows: 129 votes in favor of the proposed budget; 34 votes against the proposed budget. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Education accepts the results of the May 19, 2026 budget vote." The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Carol Marshall and seconded by Joseph Monfiletto. No board member voted against the certification.
